I ordered from Walter Knoll Florist and it was okay overall. The product works fine and I haven’t had any real issues with it, but the material feels a bit cheaper than how it looked in the photos. I feel like this happens all the time with online stuff where the pictures make everything seem more premium than it actually is. For the price, it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say I’m super impressed or in a hurry to order again

I signed up for the loyalty program because, in theory, it seemed like a simple way to get a little something back. But the points took forever to show up, and the rules weren’t explained clearly enough. I don’t expect anything fancy, but if a program is meant to reward customers, it should be easy to understand and use.
Customer support did respond, which I appreciate, but the replies felt generic and didn’t really clear things up. I eventually got some points added, but by then it felt like I’d spent more time chasing it than it was worth. For me, a loyalty program should make shopping feel easier, not like another thing to manage.

"Comfort is okay, but I’m not fully convinced"
I ordered this from wkf.com, i was a little worried I might be getting fooled by the reviews or the way it was advertised. The comfort is kind of hit or miss for me. It feels fine if I’m only using it for a short time, but after a while it starts to get a bit annoying. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not amazing either. I expected a little more, though it’s still usable. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

I used Walter Knoll Florist it was mostly fine for what I paid. The price isn’t bad, but there were a few parts that made me wonder if I was really getting the best value. Nothing went seriously wrong, but the experience didn’t exactly build my trust either. It just felt a little underwhelming in spots. Overall, it’s okay if you need it, but I’d probably take a closer look at other options before using it again
